Those of us who live in Maine's Northwestern Mountains Region and enjoy fishing are very fortunate. We have rivers, brooks, streams, lakes, and ponds. There’s no shortage of fish or places to reel them in. Over 100 years ago, the first Registered Maine Guide, Cornelia “Fly Rod” Crosby, wrote many fishing articles for numerous publications. “Sports” from New York, Philadelphia, and Boston journeyed to our Maine's Northwestern Mountains Region Sporting Camps. You can still visit some of these traditional camps, such as Tim Pond Camps and Tea Pond Lodge & Cabins located in the Eustis area. Hope to see you enjoying our fishing playground soon!
